Henri Lloyd clothing, one of the leaders in
creating menswear which is fashion forward and fit for purpose, has done it
again with its latest Blue Eco collection, a unique range of clothing made from
recycled polyester fabric – making the company the first in the world to try
out this new innovative way of producing clothing. Don’t be fooled into thinking this is a phase
or a one off – the company plans to use this method of recycling clothing
indefinitely, and we’re looking forward to seeing the results.
The Henri Lloyd brand has a long tradition
of producing menswear clothing that uses the latest available technology to
ensure its customers get the best out of the brand. From innovative waterproofing to more functional
additions to their clothes, one thing that can’t be argued with is that it’s
always done in style. The brand may have
started by making clothes designed for wear for sailing and yachting but its
development into a leading fashion brand has only strengthened its appeal. So many other companies have tried to capture
the Henri Lloyd image of nautical looks and fresh sporty styles but none of
them can compare to this fantastic British power house.
Henri Lloyd clothing has some big things
lined up for this summer, proving to be a big year with the launch of Blue Eco,
and from what we’ve seen from the SS12 menswear collection so far, we know
you’re going to be impressed. Hot
favourites from the collection include on-trend rolled up style chinos teamed
with deck shoes and chunky knits and tailored shorts with smart blazers. The whole line is a great interpretation of
‘preppy cool’ featuring sharp styles in a range of seaside inspired colours –
think blues, neutrals and whites for the season ahead. The styles are easily wearable and can be
worn during the day for cocktails by the sea or dressed up for the
evening. All you need to complete the
look is a pair of sunglasses and you’ll be good to go.
The brand is also launching its new season
collection of jackets and outerwear featuring waterproof windbreaker jackets in
some great colours as well as cool denim pieces to ensure you’re covered no
matter what the weather. Whilst we’re
crossing our fingers for a fantastic British summer, it’s nice to know that Henri
Lloyd has covered all bases and whether you’ll be setting sail or staying on
dry land, there’s a look and a style for all.
With the Olympics and the Queen’s Diamond
Jubilee on the horizon this summer, there’s no better time to stay in Britain,
or pay a visit from overseas, and with a great British brand like Henri Lloyd
clothing providing this summer’s best looks, you’re guaranteed a fun and
stylish time whilst you’re here.
